Julia brings over 20 years of experience across insurance, business operations, fitness, community sport and real estate, with a knack for bringing structure and clarity to busy environments.

She spent more than two decades in the insurance industry developing a sharp eye for detail, process management and problem solving, before moving into business operations and improvement roles across multiple industries. Alongside this, Julia has spent nearly 15 years helping run a family business and has been part of the team behind SWET Gym since it opened over 12 years ago.

At Hoffcon, Julia works across marketing, business analysis, systems improvement and team culture. She enjoys turning messy processes into streamlined systems, making data easier to understand, and helping projects and people stay connected and organised.

She’s passionate about creating environments where good systems support good people, and believes the best teams are built through collaboration, communication and a few laughs along the way.
