Our project management team has extensive knowledge in design, consenting, tendering, construction, maintenance and demolition processes across New Zealand and abroad. This includes multi-disciplinary coordination of these processes for civil, coastal, marine, utilities and vertical asset activities.
We use smart tools
We use technology to guide our projects through the key stages of a project lifecycle. We apply a lego-block approach to assembling a project delivery system. Data from these blocks can be arranged in 4D, 5D, 6D models (and others) for greater insights and better decision-making.
The lego-block approach enables scaling up for a billion-dollar road or scaling down for a humble residential build. This approach is called by several different terms in the construction industry including Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Twin Management, but ultimately we see it as good project management in a digital world.

We manage all aspects of cost, time, quality and asset information for the build of your asset and will show you in real time how everything is tracking. Additionally, we ensure the handover of the asset is smooth and information is integrated with your maintenance system.
We have implemented our project management service with many clients and we receive continual feedback on how our clear and simple outputs make project management easy. We have successfully provided project management services to clients including KiwiRail, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, Kāinga Ora, Fletcher Construction, Dempsey Wood, and Emmetts Civil Construction.
